Required documents
The issuance of ULM on the territory of the Kaliningrad region is carried
out by the only state structure - the Federal State Institution "AMP
Kaliningrad". Preparation of a package of documents for registration of ULM
is carried out only by accredited Cruings. When submitting
a package of documents to the ULM, all personal documents of the seafarer remain
in their hands and the seafarer can answer an urgent call and go to
a contract with a still valid Seafarer's Passport, and upon return
to Kaliningrad to get a ready ULM. Our company carries
out the execution of a package of documents for obtaining ULM.
When fully ready (documents, photos, paid receipt,
800 rubles.), the preparation of documents and their delivery to the AMP can be
made "in one day" from 9:00 to 12:00. On the day of submission
of documents, wear a light plain shirt for a photo at the ULM in
AMP. Upon delivery of the Package to the ULM, the originals of all personal documents
of the seafarer remain in their hands, the old Seafarer's Passport is canceled
when the ULM is issued. The period of ULM preparation in AMP is +/- 5 weeks.

- Civil passport (with a local residence permit or a certificate of temporary registration)
- Passport (at the time of submission of documents, the passport must be valid for 6 months or more)

- Diploma or Qualification Certificate (+ valid SOLAS, only educational "crusts" without SOLAS are not enough)
